We understand that colour matching is sometimes difficult for our customers so we have created this easy service where you can upload a photo of your hair to us and we will then recommend the best colour that will match you. Please follow the steps below.
If you can find a nearby window indoors, take your picture in front of it as this should give an even and natural representation of your hair.
Please make sure your hair is visible from root to tip Pick the photo that best represents your hair in real life Please don't use filters on the photo or edit your photo.
Make sure your hair and face is lit with natural light which isn't overly bright or over-exposed so that our dedicated team can match your hair colour the best we can.
Once you have taken your picture following the above steps, please submit it to the below form and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Note: We will endeavour to colour match you the best we can, however whichever colour you decide to go with has to be your own responsibility. We do not accept returns based on the wrong colour being chosen at this time.
