Production and shipping time:

From the moment you order your custom wig we start the production process. We make our wigs from scratch in our UK factories. Timescales are as follows:

Production time: 7-10 working days

Quality checking: 3-5 working days

Shipping time:

3-5 working days if you are based in the UK or EU

5-7 working days for the US and the rest of the world.
