Returns:
During high volume sale periods there can be delays with order
processing. Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
We accept returns for all items except for colour rings, colour samples and wigs. It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if the item/s has not been opened and the security seals have not been removed or tampered with. Hair must be returned within 14 days from delivery, this resolution applies if;
The item is not suitable for you or, you have simply changed your mind.
Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:
1.The item is unopened and in original condition with the security seals still intact
2.The packaging has no marks or stains
3.The item is returned to us within 14 days with proof or purchase included.
XI HAIR reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by XI HAIR.
NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
All return requests must be approved prior to posting the product back. DO NOT post your item to us until we accept the return via email and send you the correct address to post your product to. Please contact our team at: customerservice@xi-hair.com with your return enquiry for further instructions.
Worldwide
All return shipping must be covered by the customer and sent to us using a tracking service to avoid the product getting lost through post/shipping.
All returns must be made within 14 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members.
Returns will take approximately 5 - 10 business days to process, once received to the returns team at the warehouse.
STORE CREDITS
A XI HAIR store credit will be emailed to you, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 1 month. Any product bought with store credit is then final and can not be returned again.
If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact our team at: customerservice@xi-hair.com with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.
BUY NOW PAY LATER RETURNS
Should you wish to return something you have purchased using Klarna or Laybuy, the
return process is still the same! Unless the item is deemed faulty by our team, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the item.
Please note: Your personal agreement with Klarna or Laybuy is separate to XI HAIR.
This agreement still stands and it is the responsibility of the customer to continue in the scheduled repayments. Any late fees associated with non-payment will be held liable to the
customer.
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, we appreciate your patience during this period.
All refunds are processed back to their original payment method. If your refund has taken longer than the aforementioned days, please contact us at customerservice@xi-hair.com so
we can investigate further for you.
All postage costs including custom fees need to be covered by the customer or else it will be deducted from the overall store credit amount issued.
